Dr Scarborough and Dr K within the practice are both excellent....very knowledgeable, very competent, and excellent in every way. Also, the nurses are superb. However, the administrative/billing staff are totally arrogant and inept. My insurance company was billed as if a single appointment was two separate appointments on two separate dates. As a result, the practice claimed I owed two separate office co-pays. When I provided copies of co-pay receipts, and insurance company records, billing department personnel arrogantly refused to admit their mistake, and continued to send me bills. Needless to say, the indignation and wasted time required on my part to resolve this situation is totally unacceptable. I wonder how many patients are over billed in the same way without their realization.
