The appointment was VERY easy to schedule. I immediately got an answer. Unfortunately the office lacked a lot. It was heated with space heaters. The cleaning room was not personal. I'm not so happy that patience could stop in and talk to the dentist while I'm getting my teeth cleaned. The chair was uncomfortable. I like to play a "dumb girl" role just to test their knowledge. I felt his dental advice lacked in several parts. He was not able to convey his opinion very well. He did not ask enough questions to conclude where my dental pain was originating. I know this because I had previously discussed my issues with another dentist. Overall the worst part was his bad breath. I was appalled by this. Maybe he had something interesting for breakfast. That's no excuse. He is very friendly on the other hand the elderly assistant was a little snappy. At the end of the day I have insurance and I pay my deductibles so I expect good service. I will return for my fillings but that's it for me
