I sense gentle dental, his co name, is a franchisor. The fear that a corporation is making the descisions is reflected in the level of care, that being said, the level of being held responsible, accountable. Inproper and insufficient crown req'd orientation, installation and then failure - two crowns. One blew up, no credit on remaining crown work to replace, 2nd crown from the onset inproperly fit, needs replacement. Staff is negligable in discussing credit for replacement/inproper crown fitting issues. Verge of suing for funds to use to pay replacement dds. Lewis fails to personally pay attention; his operation is the dds, corp. out state franchise/discount planner.

Did a root canal and crown; went to see a different dentist a year later and was told I have an infection underneath the root canal due to him not fully cleaning it out, also, the crown is faulty and doesn't fit properly (was shown in an x-ray) now I have to have everything re-done. I'm sure he's glad he got his money, other than money I don't think he cares about anyone or anything else to do with his practice!

Very nice and considerate office staff. Dr. Lewis very nice, but doesn’t listen to you when you let him know you are not numb enough. First visit cleaning – 2nd visit 5 fillings – 3rd visit start of multiple crowns. Overall always had to be numbed more after hitting nerve. Three crowns and less than a year later 2 of three crowns are infected. I would go see Dr. Lewis and let him know my crowns and root canal were bothering me and his reply was it can take up to a year give it time and have his assistant swab me with sensitive gel. Changed dentists to get crowns looked at and now Iam on my way to a Specialist (Endodontic) not happy at all.
