I chose Dr Artemi because of how he appears to care so deeply about Vitiligo patients in media articles. In person, he was incredibly rude and dismissive, did not even check my face, and laughed at my concerns making me feel so small and stupid for caring about my health. He prescribed me a strong medicine (though I did not ask for any treatment) but said I did not actually need it. A 3min consult was $290. I feel sorry for his vitiligo patients.

A waste of my time and $340 !!

DISCRIMINATORY AND UTTERLY RUDE!
The staff were rude and loud. No sense of confidentiality; I literally knew what the previous patient was dealing with because the receptionists were loudly discussing it and the Dr voiced it out in front of me. Dr Artemi was so arrogant; he failed to listen to my concerns, called me silly, mocked me, and told me to leave his office for simply requesting an alternative to steroid creams. He shamed me for my personal decision, and made me feel inadequate. The staff's (receptionist and doctor) attitude and treatment was so uncalled for. Would never recommend this place to anyone! You're better off going with someone who is far more professional, caring and experienced than Dr Artemi.

Dr Artemi is a professional in his field.
From his surgery, staff to his knowledge and skills. He knows his profession.
He has helped me clear my issues where 3 other Dermatologist guessed and failed.
He also treats you with respect and understands
how it feels with a condition and then consults you how to deal with it psychologically (at home, school or work)
A true professional!

Fantastic doctor, very helpful, friendly and accomodating staff, lovely practice. Had been elsewhere and spent a fortune - I mean thousands of $$$ - on a treatment that just didn't work and was sold product after product. Grateful my new GP referred me here

Grateful I came for a second opinion. Had been elsewhere and misdiagnosed, being treated for the wrong condition for years. Thankful Dr Artemi was able to sort it out and treat me with the proper medicine for my condition. Condition has improved 100%. Very happy.

He has one go to solution for acne: Accutane - he wasn't very caring, or attentive, and didn't like my questions. I would have liked it if he was less dismissive of my concerns.

I saw Dr Artemi a couple of times. Staff are rude in this clinic. The consults are very short and don't deserve the amount of money I spent not even on the medications. Last time I saw him because my acne which came back after 9 months of treatment and he laughed at my concerns and made me pay a lot for a 5 min consult. Honestly, it was useless and a waste of money that I regret paying!
