Life saver!! I am a TMJ treatment patient and couldn't be more happy with how Dr. Bell has diagnosed and treated my problem. Dr. Bell used state of the art equipment to find the root of the problem, instead of masking it with prescriptions like so many doctors wanted me to do. He measured how my jaw moved, the strength of the muscles, and others that I do not know how to describe in medical terms. We talked about diet and supplements, which are things other doctors never brought up. Yes, treating TMJ is pricey, but so are drugs and surgeries that mask one issue and create another. Dr. Bell truly cared for me as a patient and has greatly helped me. I highly recommend to all.

I have been to many dentists in Las Vegas and have never been so happy as I am with being a patient of Dr. Bell's. After becoming more health conscious, I decided to see a holistic dentist to have some mercury fillings removed. I was impressed with the friendliness of his staff and how quickly I was taken back to the chair. Usually I would wait 30-40 minutes for the dentist but here I only waited 2. Dr. Bell actually did the cleaning himself, which is unheard of and my initial appointment gave me an hour to be with the doctor. We talked about my diet and what supplements I should take to detoxify my body. Dr. Bell is extremely knowledgeable and seemed to really care about my overall health. He even looked at my plaque under a microscope! When I came back to have the fillings removed I was again taken back quickly and everything was done to protect myself from the toxins that were being removed. It has only been two weeks and I already feel so much more energetic and healthy. Thank you Dr. Bell for being an amazing dentist and truly caring about me. He is worth every penny and every effort to get into his office! I highly recommend!!

I came in as a new patient. They were having a deal $5 for an exam and x-rays. I was taken back right way. Which seems unheard of in this town. The assistant was friendly and went over my chart and some questions. Dr. Bell came in, introduced himself and reviewed what I told the assistant. Upon exam he took some plaque which we looked at under a microscope. That was cool! He told me a lot of things about my health just by looking at my mouth. I knew I had digestive issues but he was able to see that with out me sharing that information. He recommended some diet changes and supplements. Which I thought he was going to up sell me on but no he just told me what to look for. It was quit informative appointment. I liked that he did most everything with me. He's very hands on with his patients. I will definitely recommend.

I went to Dr. Bells' office as a walk in patient. I had 2 separate evaluations at 2 separate locations here in the Las Vegas area which turned out to be disappointing. Dr. Bell did his own analysis... which turned out to be significantly more conservative, as he didn't attempt to up-sale me with unnecessary B.S. evasive procedures.. Rather than mindless Star & People magazines laying around, you'll notice interesting naturopathic literature in the office, which was one thing that led me into the holistic direction. I was surprised & happy to see a flyer raising awareness of the negative effects from the Mercury/thimerosal content in Flu shots. This to me shows he does his own research in a true holistic fashion which I didn't get from at the other places.

I had a horrible dentist in California. I had gone to him for years and although I never had to pay anything out of pocket, it seemed like I was always getting something done, a crown, filling, root canal. No matter how much I brushed and flossed it was just never enough. When I arrived in Las Vegas, a co-worker recommended the Bell Center to me and 10 years later I still see Dr. Bell. He and his staff are fantastic. I was given a periodontal plan and everything has been excellent since! I have zero cavities and I love that he is always very truthful about his treatment plans. I enjoy is welcoming staff and how they always are on the cutting edge of dentistry. The job market recently brought me back to California and I still go to Dr. Bell for my regular cleanings, traveling a few hundred miles is definitely worth it to maintain my dental health with an excellent Dentist like Dr.Bell.

I came in to recement a crown that fell off and the exposed tooth was pretty sensitive (especially to the cold). The doctor used a "temporary" cement to reattach it, but failed to mention that it was temporary. I paid almost $200 (plus extra $$ for cleaning) for a super-basic, 10-minute procedure and the crown fell off again after less than 4 months! When that happened, I called back and he said that he had used temporary cement because of my sensitivity to the cold, and that he was not responsible for a crown he didn't make in the first place. He said he would need to examine me again (for another $200, of course) and was unwilling/unable to discuss his plan of action over the phone. He even yawned a couple of times. My overall impression is that he is completely uninterested in his patients, but extremely interested in the cash. Also, when I paid the first time, they "inadvertently" charged me twice and only reversed the charges after I complained.

I went there for my TMJ problem. He told me there was nothing wrong with my jaw and it was just a bite problem, so he did T-scans. They did absolutely nothing for me and I'm stuck with this soft and chewy mouth splint that made it WORSE. He's clearly not educated with TMJ and needs to go back to school. Now that I have a new TMJ Specialist who did a CT scan of my skull, guess what? My jaw is COMPLETELY messed up. I'm so glad I opted for a second opinion and switched! I was tired of being made to feel stupid and like my pain didn't matter. Stop telling me to get a chiropractor and a nutritionist and address the problem at hand, not pass your patients off to other people.

Dr. Bell and his staff were very helpful. I have a large fear of the dentist in which his staff was very patient. Although I was in pain and not working at the time they made every attempt to get me out of pain. In fact this was not just my impression of Dr. Bell but also another patient that I spoke with in his lobby. She stated that her and her family have been coming to him for over 10yrs. So not only was I happy first time patient but he seems to have many happy patients.

I went in for TMJ treatment. He said if I pay to see the chiropractor(she is really over priced and not covered by insurance) he wanted me to see, then he will treat me. I already have a fantastic chiropractor, but he refused to let me use my own if I wanted his treatment. His treatment plan costs upward of $7,000. This is crazy since his plan does not institute any new ideas v.s. any other specialists, ones out there that charge a alot less. He talked to me like I was stupid, eventhough my TMJ has been an issue for years and I have seen other doctors who helped me a lot. Too bad I moved & they do not live in this town. I let him know that I was very educated on TMJ & up on the new procedures available to me. He was not interested in these procedures, but instead wanted me to take him up on his plan. He seemed more interested in only treating one of the issues of TMJ, instead of attacking the whole problem, so I that my TMJ doesn't get worse into old age. I do not recommend him.
