Stuff is very rude! The'll talk to you in supperior tone, scream at you, hang up the phone, etc... Its impossible to ask the Dr. to call back. Doctor is very nervous and impatient. It feels like he is rushing you out of his office. Doesnt have any answers to many questions. Looking for an answer on Internet. Dont recommend this office to anyone

Doctor's knowledge is very limited acts like refering center than a diagnostic doctor. Spends more time watching his screen than with a patient. Does not get involved with a cause of the illness. Do Not waiste your time if you need a deticated doctor and a diagnoses.

Not professional diagnostic Gave wrong, rediculous and most of all - funny diagnose!He left the office after two minutes explaining he had an emergency.Very unprofessional.

Had a wonderful time at new u medical today, great staff, clean office, equipment looks brand new, coming from Brooklyn, very close from the bridge, they are open 7 days a week, I love it.

I had a pleasure visiting New "U" Medical Pavilion located at 796 Castelton Ave on Staten Island, their phone #718.524.7116, they are open 7 days a week, where else can you find an office like that on SI? Amazing facility and staff, they take all major insurances, they have physical therapy, occupational therapy, and podiatrist, they even have a weight loss program. I can't wait to tell all my friends about it!!!
