I’m very disappointed with this office and the doc. You can never get a hold of this office you wait 2+ hours for your appointment and the dr is very quick and dismissive she just stares at her screen and Checks boxes off . Unfortunately we are stuck with her until we get into a new Dr which could be a while

I am not sure how this Dr got high ratings it’s impossible to get a hold of her office nobody calls back . We have waited on multiple occasions 2 hours beyond our scheduled appointment. Not only do we have to wait forever all she does is look at her computer screen and rushes you out . Any concerns I had with my child she was dismissive she just checked the boxes on the screen because of the long wait lists my daughter was with her for 3 years I complained once how hard it was to get her office and she told me to find a new dr very un professional.

My 2 daughters have been seeing Dr. Shahid for last 5 years now and she has been so amazing. Dr. Shahid listens to your concerns and is very thorough. We really feel lucky to have found her.

Best pediatrician ever met. She is well experienced and very knowledgeable and she gladly answered all our questions. Thank you for being always very helpful.

Lack of communication, took zero interest in kids but focused more on computer. Always had intern whom she educate rather finishing her patient. And i don't remember she took any consent in writing to be checked with the interns. She refer to McMaster for thorough checkup which any dr can do!

We have worked with Dr Shahid for over 6 years for the more complicated things of 2 of our kids. She is so knowledgeable, and gets so much follow up/referrals done so quickly! She gives me clear next-steps for the specialists I need to deal with, and was so encouraging when DOZENS of specialists couldn't figure out my daughter's crippling problem. She stuck with us and checked in. I appreciate she gives me straight answers, instead of perpetuating worry. She is only running behind on schedule when she is helping so many people at a time, she works fast and efficient! I love it, it protects everyone's time. Her secretary is so personable and friendly, too.
