Bedside manner is awful. Unethical staff. Do not recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Louw for almost two years now. I had been diagnosed with a relatively rare and extremely difficult to treat neurological condition by a local hospital. The condition often leads to opioids as the primary pain management solution. I searched for other options for months without success. Thankfully I was referred to Dr Louw who not only fully understands the intricacies of the condition, he also understands how frustrating and daunting it is for the patient. Thoughtful, knowledgeable, empathetic and committed to finding solutions that make sense. I cannot recommend Dr. Louw enough.

Dr. Louw is very tentative and extremely thorough. I really appreciate him taking the time to explain things and make suggestions. He is very caring and the staff is very helpful. Dr. Louw has a genuine concern for his patients and goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend him because he worked diligently to resolve all the health concerns of his patients.

Dr. Louw is very compassionate, and takes time to explain complicated things. I recommend him, especially for Botox. The support staff and nurses are all kind and expertly trained.

Dr. Louw is truly a lifesaver! So wonderful to be almost headache free after only 3 months of his injection program! Before going to see him I had 15-20 debilitating headaches a month and several trips to emergency for IV pain relief. Now I no longer need my headache medication with all the side effects. He is the kindest and gentlest Dr I have ever met. His entire staff are all excellent and very professional. They are very knowledgeable.

Dr Deon Louw has changed my life for the better. I began seeing him for chronic migraines over a year ago and he has helped me find the root cause of them, which is a more rare cause. I am grateful he is up to date in his research knowledge and was able to help me find some answers and has helped me find my next steps to take in this journey. He has often called me from his office phone to check in on my symptoms and is a very caring and thorough Dr. His nurses are also fabulous and are very good at relating information to Dr Louw when I call the office. My GP agrees that he has helped so many of her patients she has referred to him and I know he has been helping me get to the bottom of my rare health conditions. Thanks Dr Louw

Dr. Louw seriously gave me my life back! I was very impressed with his knowledge, compassion, and excellent bedside manners. Chronic Migraine is no joke... I am so thankful for Dr. Louw and his team!
