My child was scheduled to have 4 wisdom teeth pulled. Let me just say my son is covered under 2 insurance plans (1 through my employer UHC and Delta Dental through his fathers employer) Per the insurance rep the copay under Delta Dental would be $550.00. I told her I was not going to pay that cost and to try my insurance coverage under UHC. The insurance rep called me back to inform me the procedure would not be covered under my plan. I called my insurace company only to find out the surgery would be covered as well as the anesthesia all covered at 80% after my deductible. At one point I had the Dr.'s office on my desk phone and the insurance company on my cell phone. Due to the $550.00 quote for Delta Dental and the incorrect information given by a rep at UHC the office visit came to an end. I called the Dr.'s office and told them my son does have dental coverage under UHC and could he come back to have the surgery done or possibly come back the next day. I was told the Dr. was "booked" up to August. My Dentist called and tried to have them squeeze my son in but they would not budge. No one else was in the office at the time was my son was there and I find it very hard to believe they could not have squeezed my son in for a procdure that only takes about an hour maybe and hour and thirty minuets at the most per the rep at the Dr.'s office. Needless to say THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND I WOULD NEVE, NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS OFFICE. I'm sorry my Dentist even referred me there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff in the office failed to get accurate cost information from my insurance company. The informed me that I needed to pay out of pocket when in fact my insurance covered the procedure I was having done 100%. Additionally, Dr. Wohar failed to remove three stitches from my gums during my follow up visit (after having wisdom teeth removed) and I had to see another oral surgeon to correct the problem created by this.
