Unpleasant sometimes, mean others. My mom thinks she is average. A neighbor and I saw her twice and will never go back. I do not think she should be a doctor.

I find her rude and sarcastic in the worst way. Professionalism? Very disappointing. My mom left her and we were relieved.

Always rushing. Rushes in. Twice she left while I was asking a question. Not much interest in helping.
Does nothing to help and knows little about my illness.’Long wait times. Worth it? Not really.

Does not like to be questioned. The second visit ended up in a very caustic situation that caused me to seek another neurologist.

The staff told me that "if she sees you, she won't do anything" and I did not believe them, so foolishly I made a second attempt and finally received an appointment. I had been assaulted and hit in my right forehead & face with a blunt object and had many serious resulting injuries with multiple symptoms. I needed a neurologist's advice regarding my symptoms and a medical report as I was about to attend a court hearing against the perpetrators of the attack and had to provide all the medical data. She refused to do any report and said that I didn't have any memory loss, (when my primary doctor did tests that confirmed the problem which I still suffer with daily). She also refused to answer any of my questions, stating, "I ask the questions here!", and provided no help whatsoever regarding my equalibrium problems, memory loss or issues with directional confusion which began directly following the assault! Because she was recommended to me and was outside of my insurance network, I had to scrape up the $375. dollars from my meager social security income in order to see her for 15 minutes , and when I received no reply from her after requesting to speak with her following my visit, after attempting several phone calls to her, I had to accept the fact that all Dr. Lisa Aenlle was only after the cash and had absolutely no interest in helping anyone. I actually do not understand how she obtained a license to practice! I requested a refund but obviously, that was never going to happen, so 3 months later I am still struggling with severe imbalance issues, short term memory loss etc. and am afraid that her example of malpractice will affect others looking for help. People need to know bad doctors from the good ones. I would not hire her to help my dog! Her rating should be in the toilet!! At least her staff spoke the truth when they said that "she would not help"!

It took me over two months to schedule an appointment as the staff never followed up on records
being sent to them.I had to do all of the followup and hand carry records to their office. I wait at least an hour to see the physician on every office visit. To add insult to injury I am asked to come to 15 minutes early to fill out forms,so I am actually waiting an hour and 15 minutes. The most incompetent physicians staff I have ever dealt with. In order to receive lab results you have to call office after a week to see if they have arrived or even been looked.

The staff should all be fired. I never met a more uncaring group of people working in the medical field. An absolute disgrace.

she takes the time to listen to you no matter how much time it takes- she even cried with me when my husband died.
