Dr Binello is the sweetest most Caring doctor I've ever known!!! I could go on & on Let me just say this..I was TERRIFIED That I was going to die from the surgery & you know what she did? I asked her if icould hold her Hand until they put me to sleep and said "Of course John" SHE RULES!!

I suffered a pretty significant work related back injury. I underwent Wpidural steroid injections (x 3) and PT/OT and even tried a "core" retraining program. I requested to see a neurosurgeon when the pain would not go away and I suffered just from walking.
From my very first meeting with Dr. Binello until surgery was scheduled, completed and I was discharged home she me with my family members, she sat and discussed the surgery with me at great length ~ she showed not only her skills. Up her compassion for the person she is working on. I am proud to say that I do have some post surgical discomfort and that horrific pain that I suffered with for 18 months is gone. I have already referred a dear friend to her for evaluation.
