Dr. Starr received her Undergraduate Degree from Loyala University in Chicago, IL and her Medical Degree from The University of Illionis College of Medicine. She completed her OB/GYN Residency at Winnie Palmer Medical Center located in Orlando, Florida. Dr Starr joined Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates in 2013. She was born in Londrina, Parana, Brazil and is a devoted mother who enjoys spending time with her husband and her two children. Although her primary language is English, Dr. Starr is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.

Unprofessional!!!! 2 months with my annual delayed because Doctor Renata Starr is never available, cancel my appointment and the only option was wait 50 days. Did not pay proper attention to the patient when she told the doctor that she had already removed a lump needed 6 months of follow-up, the doctor had me waiting 3 months for a mammogram, after the result, the doctor's face was not even embarrassed to see me: I needed an urgent biopsy, that is, irresponsible. I have all the appointment dates and even the professionals who performed my ultrasound and mammogram commented that I should have been placed as priority list.
