I have been going to Dr. Czanko for over a year now and I like her very much. She is professional and courteous. She has a great bedside manner, does not overly prescribe medication, is compassionate, is a good listener and addresses all of my concerns with explanations. In addition, she is responsive via email within a day. The only issues I have is that I feel rushed sometimes, but I think that's the nature of the medical practice today. Another issue is that if you have an urgent matter, it may take a while to make an appointment - just make sure to ask the staff to notify you if there is a cancellation and there usually is.
