I saw Dr. Christina Kim on 3/11/2021. This was my worse visit to the dentist. I had to get out of the chair, I left. She was mistreating me, talking down on me, had a horrible intimidating attitude. I would not recommend this dentist. She had sloppy and unprofessional staff. I regret going there.
I left before she did the examination, and she committed insurance fraud.
she filed the same day with Medicaid, and she got paid the next day. This dentist Dr. Kim knew what she did and that I was going to file a complaint against her, so she filed my insurance to get paid quickly. Again, she is a fraud, I am 58 years old, with medical problems, and traumatized as a child by a dentist. I did not have to go through this. Please do not go to this clinic. She is not a good dentist. Not nice, not professional. I will file another complaint against her for filing a fraud claim.

I saw Dr Kim at Affordable Denture. I had. several teeth pulled,and had 5 implants done at same time. Within a few months 2 implants fell. When I was able to finally get an appointment I was informed she no longer worked there. I was informed she had a high failure rate of implants due to improperly placing implants. I have to suggest anyone looking for a dentist run as fast as you can to see s different dentist!

I met Dr Kim at affordable dentures. She was nice,and made me feel like she knew all about implants . I found out 2 months later she doesn't have a clue when i lost a implant. Took me another month to get in,only to be told she was no longer there. Apparently she had a high failure rate with implants.

Very rude, insensitive, and overly cocky. My husband went in for teeth extractions and she treated us like we we're scum and nothing. Basically degraded and humiliated my husband for not having more money than he did for dental care. Unprofessional, I would never recommend her.

She was incredibly rude. Was there for a price quote. Great prices but Dentist acted like I was wasting her time.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. The amount of time it took to get the dentures made and appointment set up to get the fitted was ridiculous. The receptionist (Mary Key) was VERY rude and stated that she had called and if the call didn't go through that was not her problem and she was not going to argue with me (mind you she had been going back and forth with me for about 2 minutes on whether she called or not) Not to mention that they didn't tell us until the day before that we needed a release form from the doctor. As well as when we showed up for the 1 o'clock appointment at 12:55 the office was CLOSED and no one showed up until 1:03 VERY unprofessional. All of this could have been since they had already been paid weeks prior to even sending the implants to be made .. DO NOT recommend this facility at all.. it was just an all around horrible experience.

Dr Kim fitted me for a crown. The crown sat too high and when I would bite down none of my other teeth would touch because the crown was so tall. I told her this. She said it was my imagination. 2 days later, after horrible headaches and not being able to chew because of no contact other than the crown, I returned. She would never admit that it was too high but eventually complied and filed it down. At this time I told her I was not able to floss around it. She said "I can get floss down so you must just be going at the wrong angle." I again showed her that the floss would not go between my teeth. She ended the conversation saying that I was just doing it wrong. A year and a half later, I returned to a different dentist today for a cleaning. After x-rays the dentist showed me a broken piece of the crown that was beneath the crown and lodged between my teeth....hence the reason I couldn't floss. I now will have to have the crown replaced. Rude. Cocky. Demeaning. Lazy.
