Im sorry but she is terrible and her secretary Kidi is arrogant and rude. First il start by saying she lacks basic medical knowledge on BASIC medications such as high blood pressure, allergy nasal sprays, antibiotics etc. She give way way too many controlled substances that have ZERO medical evidence that they actually treat the condition. Also, when you go to the hospital, good luck her renewing the medication. She loves to go on the worst power trips and rants. If you don't agree with her, then you might as well walk out the door. She has threatened my father (he has terminal cancer) and my daughter many times that if we go to another clinic , she will drop us as patients. If you require a referral for something, good luck with that. She will lie and say she submits the referral but never does. I caught this because i called the doctor that she "sent" it to and they never got anything. Never replies to fax's kidi will lie and say "i never got it" but before that, she said to me "i just got back from frickin lunch can you give me a damn minute to start the computer". Then you get put on an indefinite hold and she hangs up. Avoid this doctor at all costs. If you want compassionate care, she's definitely not it. Guess what ? A CPSO reprimand is headed your way so enjoy that.

If I could give less stars I could! The WORST doctor! My mother was cut off from her disability because Murugu can’t do her job and fill out forms properly for the insurance company! She should not be allowed to practice!

Doesn't care about her patients. Procrastinates on her job which effects her patients' lives. Give her plenty of time (over a month) to complete forms but have to remind her every week or she will not complete them. The worst doctor I have ever had!

...for all you people who claim they can't understand why negative things are said about Dr. Murugesuppillai...is she paying you? Oh, you're probably a family member!
Dr. Murugesuppillai may be intelligent but she shoves her own ideals and philosophies down your throat and if you don't agree with her (even respectfully so) she throws a hissy fit and tells you she refuses to help you! At least that's what she did to me today...over a doctor's note! This has only happened to me one other time with a doctor "power tripping" and giving a hard time where there shouldn't be any! I've been going to Glazier for over 20 years now...now I may never go back if this is the treatment patients get. Get off your high horse Dr. Murugesuppillai and learn to be humble for the patients that are depending on you. You should be ashamed of your actions today regardless of your personal views!

Dr Murugu is one of the best doctors i have ever encountered in my 23 years of living. She is extremely and i mean EXTREMELY caring and such a smart woman. She knows how to manage medications without an issue and is always on top of everything.

My daughter requires meds to have life- this Doctor likes to NOT prescribe them even when contacted by the pharmacy- repeatedly!

I just love this doctor. I have been her patient for 5 years now and she's been helping me through my chronic issues. She truly is beautiful inside and out.
Only caveat is she has a different secretary every time I went in.

Use other than her billing for it. My pharmacy has called several times for repeats and no response. The receptionist answer is always check they have right phone number. I wouldn’t recommend her if your someone who had complex health issues she really doesn’t have the patience
