Awful experience, everything about it. Son had to go somewhere else and have braces put on again. Office staff is nasty, Dr Lance is crazy and does not know what he's doing. He should retire.

The office is only open on Thursdays but I was not told that until after the braces were put on. I was also told that my insurance would cover $1200 but after the braces went on they told me that was a mistake and my insurance wouldn't cover anything. If you need to change your appointment, the next appointment is weeks away and during school hours.
