Dr Slack is a FANTASTIC doctor! HOWEVER.....highly unpleasant experiences with a specific member of his office staff on more than one occassion has convinced me that I will seek services elsewhere in the future. Unfortunately and sadly this GREAT doctor has an employee who is a poor representation of his practice.

Very skilled doctor, and very funny. Makes you feel at ease before your procedure (spinal injections). He has the BEST nurses ever!!! His office also has the best follow up care after procedure.
