Waiting times are ridiculous, my first appointment I waited for over 1 and a half hours and the second appointment 2 and a half hours and still no Dr. Staff didn't advise me of the waiting times at any stage. I left.

I felt well looked after by Dr Lewis. She understood my needs and helped me a lot.
