Absolutely appalled , I’ve been waiting for a year to see this Urologist, cancelled the first appointment because an emergency and once again another emergency which is in 14 days . You would think if it was an emergency it would get dealt with immediately. The Receptionists that I spoke to were both rude , the first confused me and hung up on me and then I rang again , to reschedule the day only to be told that I would have to wait until next year and then rudely hung up on again .
I will let my Doctor know as well.

Alison and her staff are both very hard to deal with.
After surgery I got no information or help, even when I was getting bladder infections that were leaving me in hospital overnight.
Move on to a new urologist with great results.

Great, helpful doctor. Explained everything to me and made me feel very relaxed. Was so kind during my procedure in hospital. The staff at her private rooms and Newcastle Private were so professional and kind. Would highly recommend this doctor to anyone.

I was desperate for help and had a cystoscopy with DR Blatt, she is wasn’t able to help me and didn’t seem to really want to. Quite dismissive and rude after surgery. Have since seen someone else with excellent results.

Extremely disappointed. My first visit was full of hope and promise. During the prep of surgery I was made to feel very uncomfortable and interrogated by the Anaesthesiologists thanks to one of the nurses who made an effort to ease my anxiety.
My visit to Dr A Blatt after surgery was of the poorest of quality. I was made to feel like I had nothing better to do than to sit in Dr surgeries no feed back told me she had more concern about my mental health than my bladder. Well, doctor I wouldn’t be in a fragile state sitting in your office if I didn’t have a severe bladder problem that was named by another doctor an angry bladder who thought I had a puncture in my bladder from a hysterectomy , then you asked me if I thought I had an angry bladder, my reply to you was I don’t know your the Doctor that had a look in surgery you tell me .
I paid you to help me not to play office politics it’s my legal battle not yours.😪
