I was sent to this doctor , by WorkCover , and seriously, what a terrible experience, independent??? Not likely , he was making me do exercises for my arm and then measuring with a biro and finger , he seemed inadequate and definitely ready for retirement, absolutely gets a nice cheque from a certain insurance company

I recently was sent by WorkCover Qld to see Dr John Walters, not too sure if he is the same Dr Walters being referred to from two the sources.
In my opinion I found him to be incompetent, lacked empathy and had the social grace of a serial killer. I thought Doctors took a Hippocratic Oath ??? Is this where old crabby Doctors go to die, doing assessments for WorkCover Qld, for a few thousand dollars a report.

Do what I did and for your own records, VOICE RECORD the examination!!!!!

I am currently having to see a therapist weekly because of what this man put me through in his examinations my injury, he put me I. So much pain and his attitude towards was completely traumatising. The pain he put me through the things he said to me, I cry just thinking about this day. DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN, seek another doctor so you don’t have to go through what myself and others have. I wish I had read his reviews and requested another dr just so I don’t have to go through the trauma every week through therapy just thinking about this man. He should have his licence revoked he clearly only cares about money

Works for Workcover to decline people’s treatment. Not only is he sexist and misogynistic and made inappropriate comments, he made up his mind before I got there that there was nothing wrong with me and it was all in my head. I have recently had a second surgery where it was found that I had one compressed nerve and another attached to scar tissue. He should have his licence removed, he doesn’t care about people, he cares about money. Avoid seeing him if all possible and if not, take a support person/witness.
