Prof Champion is my endocrinologist for my type 1 diabetes - I saw several before him - he is the best one by far. Lovely man, very caring and knows his stuff.

The receptionist called, Emily, calls me and leaves a voice message to make a booking.

I call back to arrange time, but the receptionist claims there is no such booking and tells me that I have called the wrong number.

Ridiculous experience!

How can I call wrong number when there was a voice message left on my phone. The receptionist just puts me to the another department and I end up getting abused.

My information spreaded everywhere, without my consent.

This Endo has no idea, dismisses the fact that untreated low b12 can cause many dangerous health issues, as can hashimotos, i was told to see a psychologist when i told him the significant symptoms with my health with no proper explanation for their cause, severly untrained in vitamin deficencies, basically just paid for him to read blood tests .
