Repeatedly late for appointments, up to 2.5hrs. Spent the entire appointment talking about other health history unrelated to visit then had the gall to charge for a double appointment. Next appointment said he'd be bulk billing it then didn't. Didn't follow proper hygiene practices when doing an in-office procedure. Implies that you should get plastic surgery done for parts of your body that he doesn't think are acceptable.
