The office staff, especially the office manager and the billing manager, are absolutely deplorable. They are extremely slow in processing patients, and are extremely rude to African American patients. The doctor also withholds important information from patients that allow them to make fully informed medical decisions. When made aware of the extreme aggressiveness and rudeness of staff and that they fabricated information, she failed to address any patient issues. Instead she chose to not continue to see the patient. I would NEVER recommend this doctor or staff to anyone.

I've never been to an OBGYN where they book so many people that the line is out the door. She spent less than 2 minutes with me. The staff was not helpful on the phone, the lady that did my ultra sound was the worst I didn't even know why she called me in there. No explanation just lay down unzip your pants stick some paper in my underwear did the ultra sound and said go wait for the Dr..

I found Dr. Patronella when I became pregnant with my first child. I was nothing short of pleased with her through my two deliveries and one miscarriage. She was always extremely responsive to any pregnancy concerns that I had, seeing me the same day for an unplanned ultrasound if necessary. Anytime I had concerns her staff would get me in the same day. She performed both of my cesarian deliveries and my D&C. I always found her office staff easy to talk to and extremely flexible with appointments. I have a history of abnormal paps and she has helped me through procedures with those as well.

Do not, I repeat, do not go here. The first time I saw her was for my annual exam, which she couldn't have rushed me more quickly out of the room. I had questions for her, as it was my first time to the Premier OBGYN offices, and let me tell you her bedside manners are horrible. I told her about some problems I was having and she stated that they would "go away on their own" as she was walking out of the door. She said my test results would come back in two weeks at which time they would be MAILED to me. Getting a hold of anyone in this office is impossible. I got transferred 4 times to different people before FINALLY speaking to the right person. They herd their patients in like cattle and are completely rude, from the front office to the doctor herself. The only person who I would recommend seeing is their nurse, Kim. She is a saint. Other than that, steer clear of this entire office.

Dr Patronella has ben my OBGYN for over 10 years and was the reason my breast cancer was diagnosed early and treatment was fairly easy compared to other cancer patients. Her office was very kind and helpful at time of diagnoses.

Do not go to this doctor for your first time pregnancy. I had a blighted ovum miscarriage during my first pregnancy and I was devastated. I didn't feel she was comforting or informative at all when it came to explaining it to me and what my options were. I had to do bloodwork 3 times to confirm it and her staff is HORRIBLE at returning my calls. If I hadn't been aggressive in my manner and stalked them like I did I'd still be waiting. When it was confirmed she immediately wanted to do a D&C rather than letting me pass it normally. After 2 weeks I agreed to a D&C. 2 days after I had horrible cramping during the night so I went back come to find that the gestational sac was still in my uterus!!!!! Her cold partner checked me and tried to give me the abortion pill to pass the rest! I read upon it and the pill causes severe bleeding and is strong enough to pass an entire pregnancy when I only had some tissue and a small sac. Thankfully the next day I passed everything on my own.

The office staff is the worst. so unhelpful as far as setting appointments, takes 20 minutes to get through to them even as soon as they open at 8:30 a.m.
