I formed the opinion that Paul Foulkes is both intellectually lazy, and fundamentally dishonest. He runs a very lucrative Family Law report writing business which gives him the power to wreck lives with impunity, and that is exactly what he does.

Eventually, the day will come when he wrecks the wrong life, and he'll reap what he has sown. Until then, avoid this monster like the plague.
