20 in the waiting when I arrived. My history was constantly put to the back of the pile. Eventually after nearly 3 hours he came in to the room. Did not acknowledge me as a patient. Allowed another pt to interrupt my consult with a dialogue. He gave me two sentences - ‘you have plaquenil toxicity and early macular degeneration. See you you in 6 months’. I came to pay - initial bill was $700 - questioned this having already been quoted. They reneged on this amount and reduced slightly. The waiting room was empty by this stage.
Had a second opinion from someone of equal standing. Plaquenil toxicity definitely up to interpretation and macular degeneration was not obvious. More age related changes. Please future clients please be cautious.

Waiting times to see him were extreme. He seems rushed all the time as very over booked and that worries me as to whether his judgement and care could be jeopardised. Certainly his fees are far from cheap also.

Very long wait times. Huge out o f pocket expenses. First surgery unsuccessful. Had to be repeated.
