I had same issue been a patient since he started but we moved and I had to go elsewhere, came back to him after years and I couldn't believe his attitude. He did x rays and said my wisdom tooth was ok, no big deal could remove it if I want. He was so off hand not the Peter Caswell I remember. 3 days later my wisdom broke in half and I had to get it removed.... I went elsewhere, if I am paying top dollar I want good service.

I have been a patient since he started his practise, went back after a few years and was disgusted. Offhand and just plain nasty. It was to have a wisdom tooth removed… 'is it difficult' his reply shrugs shoulders, 'who knows'… well you better mate!! He says, 'Its like an appendix up to you if you get it out'…. Go back and learn basic medicine! No, he needs to retire. Finding a new dentist now after more than 30 years shame as I referred many to him over the years and he was always so so lovely
