Thorough, caring and effective. Am associated with the medical profession and find Dr. Lowe one of the best family practitioners that I have ever had in my over 60 years of exposure to the Canadian medical system.

I have seldom met such arrogance and negligence, as with Marina Lowe.
She scarcely believes other doctors. I do not know how she is let to practice..

Dr. Lowe is one of a kind. She truly is a Doctor for the people. She is always cheerful, kind and understanding of her patients. She never times her patients visits and always listens to you. Her love of God exhumes from her to her patients and it's not uncommon to get a hug on the way out the door. I truly love this doctor and won't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
