Doctor was great. Very clear in his diagnosis and explanation. Effective and efficient. Waited about an hour past appointment time. One of the front desk staff was curt and impatient when I initially phoned to book, and again when somehow they double booked me. Doesn't seem as bad in person but possibly sudden mood changes.
