I highly recommend Dr Graham - I have complete confidence in him and his staff. I trust him because of his honesty - when I inquire about a certain procedure he'll be upfront and say whether it's necessary for the health of my mouth or if it's only for cosmetic appearance - but he assures me he will do it if I want it done. The staff are the kindest, friendliest and truly supportive team!

I have never been a fan of the dentist. From the time I was a small child, it was always an anxiety filled event. To this day, at the tender level of 38, my knuckles will be white when I get out of the chair after a cleaning. I just hate the having sharp things in my mouth and all possible out comes of them being there. Long story short, when I became Dr. Graham's patient, he was very patient with me. Took the time to talk to me and understood my anxiety with going to the dentist. It's a nice inside joke between the two of us now.
When I had children and he started to see them, the visits went so much better than I could have ever imagined. I always imagined a similar experience to my childhood dentist moments. However, he was kind, gentle and explained every step before he did anything and answered any questions about what was going on, etc. I honestly couldn't ask for a better dentist. His staff is always so polite and helpful. It's almost like going out for coffee with a friend while you're in their hands. It's very relaxing. If you leave a message, you're guaranteed Rhonda will be calling you back before the end of the day. That lovely woman is never allowed to leave :)
If you need a dentist, I would suggest calling his office to see if he's accepting new patients. You won't be disappointed. Also, before I forget, they direct bill to most insurance plans, so going to the dentist and having to worry about money up front, isn't really a thing you have to worry about. That being said, don't leave yourself open for surprises, just in case your insurance company isn't one they can direct bill to. I would make sure to ask first.

LOVE Dr. Graham and all his staff! I've been terrified of the dentist since I was a child and he and his staff made my first experience here welcoming and were very reassuring. Although my knuckles were still white when I left the office, I have definitely been able handling a good cleaning since then. He's been great with my children and ensure that they aren't stressed out before starting any cleanings or fillings. Takes his time and really ensures that things are done right. I really appreciate his patience and his staff professionalism. I would recommend him to everyone I see.

Likely one of the kindest dentists ever met. Went out of his way to help me when I needed emergency work done. That said, I've noticed his dental work is not made to last. Left to another province, and after four short years, my fillings were falling out. I've had other fillings last a decade before remotely worrying about them. Staff are professional and friendly.

Went to Dr. Graham for about 5+ years-nice enough, friendly and staff great. I would have thought nothing of it until some of the work he did failed. Filling fell out and had to be redone-which I think if within 2 years insurance won't pay for..I moved out of province, and when I moved back I switched dentists as I also had friends that went to Dr. G with the same problem. It is too bad as he was super nice.

Dr. Graham is the nicest dentist in the city. Have been going there since he started and my kids too. He always remembers what all of us are doing and we always have great chats with him. His staff is wonderful and I always have a great time talking to Rhonda. Just like family!!!!

Although the staff and Dr. Graham himself are all very friendly, I question his quality of work. After a few years and significant work done, I ended up going for a seond and third opinon as fillings were not lasting and falling out. In the end I went with a new dentist who had to basically redo the majaority of my dental work. Alot of time and money lost and disheartening to know that if things had been done correctly the first time I wouldn't still be going thru dental work. Just completed a bridge for a tooth that could have been saved by Dr. Graham, but instead was patched up...a root canal would have been the answer but a little too late...even though a dentist can be personable and seem to be knowlegable, be careful.
