I have been a patient of Dr, Berzin for many years. I have had numerous procedures including four implants and most recently had 6 front teeth extracted and replaced with a fixed bridge. Dr. Berzin always greets you with a smile. His work is virtually pain free. I never need to use medication after a visit. All of the staff are friendly and accommodating. Both my husband and I have Kris clean our teeth. Again. friendly, professional and pain free. The office area, washrooms and treatment rooms are super clean. I would 100% recommend that you give them a try.

I have been a patient of this practice for more than 50 years, although the dentist,staff and location have changed over this time the patient care, knowkedge and expertise have never deviated from the very best. I always feel welcome and well cared for. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to family and friends

From the moment I walked in the door, I knew I found the dentist and office for me! I was greeted by two warm and friendly staff at the front desk. I then had a quick interview to find out my concerns; which I have never had this at any other office. I was seated in a room and was greeted shortly by Dr Berzin who instantly made me feel comfortable and in good hands. As I walked through office I noticed all the awards and continuing education he has received. His knowledge was very evident when he explained what he noticed in my mouth and gave me a very clear plan to fix my teeth. I was given many options and he spent the time to explain to me the benefits of each option. When I decided the option that worked for me, he was very supportive and really seemed to care about my health. I would highly recommend this office and Dr Berzin to anyone. I wish I had found him sooner.

Dr. Berzin did not introduce himself; I had to ask. The mood of the staff changed when he came in the exam room, and I didn't know what to make of it. For someone whose work is smile focused, he didn't seem to smile which struck me as odd. He did not review x-rays with me that I paid for or even comment about them. I got two second opinions, and he failed to raise any of those issues with me. I raised a concern, but he did not investigate further. He spent very little time looking inside my mouth which I found strange given the concern I raised and that he was not familiar with me. Dentists at this office used to screen for oral cancer with lights and feeling manually, but that hasn't happened for a several years now. Everyone gets a free toothbrush and usually toothpaste and some floss or pick; I do appreciate that. They sometimes ask your toothpaste and floss preference, too. A few toys for little kids in the lobby. A water cooler if you're thirsty. They direct bill to some insurances so reimbursement is easier. I usually do not have to wait long in the lobby. I do find it challenging to get the hygiene appointment times I want without booking far in advance, though.
