His attitude was so disturbing, He made me feel like I was wasting his time. He told me my tests didn't correlate with what I was saying, felt like I was defending myself, I will never see him again! He should not be in the ER.

DR. Mark Gracias's attitude towards me at Penticton Hospital emergency in June, 2021 was condescending and unacceptable of any Doctor or health care person. He has no concept of pain or he does not care. I think he should find another profession where he will not inflict more harm than good!!

Condescending attitude, noted my pain didn't warrant emergency room care - I could not walk on my heal. He noted that it was a GP visit, not for the emergency room. No discharge information except take a pain killer and see your GP, I was left alone in an empty waiting room not knowing if I should leave. Did not acknowledge questions I had to understand my medical condition. I was made to feel inadequate and belittled for requesting care. I have never been to an emergency in my life (40+ years) and for being away from home in a new to a community this was NOT a nice way to ease in. I highly recommend requesting another physician as "Dr. Mark" will not take you seriously unless you present serious symptoms that will give him a "win" in the easy diagnosis area. Being married to a Dr. made this experience that much worse.

Went to emergency tonight and had the worst experience ive ever had in a hospital.
This dr just humilated and embarressed me judged and was the rudest and most unprofessional dr ive ever had to come across
We go to the hospital to be taken care of not to be ridiculed and mis treated
There is no way Mark Gracia is fit to have any professional job title. Absolutely disgusted by his actions and attitude towards patients who are also still human beings.
Be ware penticton hospital emergency room.
This doctor should have his practice reviewed and not be able to continue in this profession.
Im sorry for those people who have to encounter his low life skills, I will never go back to Penticton emerg if he still has his job

I found Dr. Gracia extremely aggressive, judgemental and negative. If he would like to educate people he needs to take some courses in how to effect change in others in a helpful, constuctive manner. I was in tears from his comments and I hope this is not how he routinely treats his patients. I hope to never have to encounter him again!
