I’ve been fortunate enough to be seeing Natasha for just over a year and I can honestly say that I have never had a psych who is more sincere and validating. She offers a very safe space where I have made much progress in my perspective and how I approach certain situations. She always remembers where we left off and asks questions that offer an appropriate level of challenge that you should experience in a therapeutic relationship. It is also very reassuring that she does not push pharmaceuticals needlessly and is very transparent with her rationale behind your treatment. I also personally like that she is early in her career and is generally more relatable and understanding than someone much more senior.
