I am very surprised to see all the negative feedback for Sandra as I found her incredibly knowledgeable, sensitive, and kind. We had an ASD assessment with her for our 3-year-old son and she was very responsive, helpful, and considerate. I have nothing but praise for her and how she handled my partner, myself and my young child. She helped us understand everything she was saying and explained what our child's challenges were, what his strengths were, and how we could best support him. I hope other people in similar situations aren't put off by these reviews because she was exactly what we needed. Thank you, Sandra!

Terrible interaction with this doctor, she treated our young children without our knowledge or consent in a custody battle. Then wrote a report devoid of facts. She should not be practising ๐.

Many of the negative appraisals given on this site should be disregarded as some clients have unrealistic expectations and just because they do not like a proposed treatment strategy ( or it does not work for them personally) that does not mean that it useless for other people. E.g. Keeping a sleep diary is standard practice for the treatment of insomnia. Watching Super Nanny may be beneficial as she has a team of expert child -psychologists behind the scenes advising her on strategies.

I saw this "doctor" for insomnia and all she did was get me to keep a diary of my sleeping pattern. Each time I woke up I was to record when, how long etc., needless to say, by the time I recorded this information, I was wide awake and dud not get back to sleep. Don't waste your money.

Staff rating is not applicable, she has no staff. I met with Ms Groves, she is allegedly treating my son (a minor). I met with Ms Groves to discuss behavioural management strategies in relation to my son. For $130.00, Ms Groves advised me to watch "the super nanny". Don't waste your time or money.
