Never showed up to his own Zoom call. Wish I had read these reviews before scheduling an appointment with him... total waste of time.

He is always cancelling appointments, but the office gives me the run around when I have to cancel because of my mothers death. He has been of very little help to me.

Appointments always running late. Dr Gendron does not really listen to patient concerns, and he overprescribes benzo drugs like candy (awful to get off of those bc withdrawal). In over three years of seeing him he's not been of any help. Would not recommend him.

Patient for over two years. Always a very very long wait time and appointment always starts late and this is rushed through. Patient questions and concerns not addressed and meds not appropriately monitored. Look elsewhere for a doctor more invested in your care and willing to take time to listen.

I don't understand how this Dr could cancel appointment after appointment. He canceled all of my appointments. When he was finally available for appointments he was hours behind. If my appointment was at 1 I'd still be there at 4. Then only be in the office for 3 minutes. He wouldn't even given patients their own records without charging them. I don't know how a Dr can abandon patients. I was left with no other Dr to take over for him. I did call after hours and agree with other reviews his speech was slurred. He didn't even inform all his patients he was moving his practice.

Dr. Gendron has been by far the most sincere genuine Drs Ive had. After going through a handful of physchiatrists, Ive finally found one that will truly listen with compassion. The others have been so stoic business like as if they could careless. This Dr. Has turned my life around. Thank you Dr.Gendron from the bottom of my heart.

I was hoping the reason Gendron, who I refuse to call a doctor, left MA because his license was revoked. Sadly, this doesn't seem to be the case. Not a single one of my appointments lasted more than 10 minutes. And all that time was used by him to write prescriptions that I never needed. The man almost killed me. I was grossly over prescribed benzos and ambien. When I realized I had become dependent on these meds, I expressed my desire to go off them. Instead he would prescribe me a higher dosage. When I started waking up from black outs in strange places, covered in bruises, I realized I had to do something on my own before I never woke up again. I ended up losing my job and put myself into medically supervised detox. He never wanted to help me in anyway that didn't involve a prescription. I'm lucky to be alive. If you are a pill popper and want help killing yourself, he's the "doctor" for you. I hope someone takes his license away before someone dies.

This Dr makes no qualms about patient abandonment. I was his patient in MA and he upped and left his practice without notifying all of his patients. I had to go to ER and the social worker said he had seen at least 120 of Dr. Gendron's "orphans" come through there since he skipped town. I had spoken to him on the phone when he was my doctor and he did slur his speech and also canceled appointments without much notice. I had even shown up for a scheduled appointment to find the doors locked! His name is forever linked in infamy with the medical community in the Greater New Bedford area in Massachusetts. He should lose his license. Everyone knows his name around here. Not in a good way.

Over the last year, this doctor cancelled appointments with me NINE times!!!! I am only one of several patients he cancelled this many times on. When he actually made it into his office and made it to my scheduled appointment, I couldn't help wondering if he might not be sober. To further my suspicion, whenever he has answered calls left for him after office hours, he usually slurs his speech.
