Very thorough and always explains everything to me in detail! Dr. Fulmer has managed my glaucoma for years now and has done a great job. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Dr. Fulmer and her clinic. Her willingness to explain her findings and her very thorough exam impressed me! And I loved not having to wait forever to be seen. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family!

Dr. Fulmer was unable to diagnose a common problem that occurs after cataract surgery--scar tissue on the ocular implant. She diagnosed this condition as a cornea disease that causes blindness. I could never recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Fulmer seems like a smart doctor, but her clothes are unprofessional and she acted snobby. I felt like she was looking down on me. I won't return to see her.
