Best care my dad received and she knew he was sick and admitted him and the next day he went to surgery. The ER was very busy and she was busy but took the time to explain things to us .

First of all, don't introduce yourself as a Doctor when you're a Nurse Practitioner. This is not this first time that I've received poor care from NP Setoodeh! I went to the KCVA ER for Diverticulitis and was in a lot of pain. NP came in to my room 2 times and combined only spent maybe 5 minutes with me. She never once checked my abdomen for tenderness. She never got closer than the foot of the bed! She never provided any pain medication eventhough my pain was a 5 to 8 out of 10. Upon discharge I was given 2 antibiotics and nothing else. I asked for pain medication and she said "Sure, no problem". Then when handed the discharge paperwork by the RN there was only the 2 antibiotics on it. When I mentioned it to the RN she asked and NP Setoodeh said she'd only give me Tylenol. I'd like to have her in this pain and see if Tylenol is enough! Just another example of her inadequate care!

I had the misfortune to draw Setoodeh By far the rudest, worst ER doctor I have ever encounterd at the VA.
