Most rudest I have ever had of my 10 plus years going to this Banner location

My appointment with Debra Berger was to establish care. I did not feel heard nor did I feel she was interested in helping me. I am a 58 year old University educated woman. I made this appointment back in August and the soonest I could see her was December. I have spent the last 4-5 months experiencing nausea and extreme fatigue. After a less than 10 minute conversation with her she stated my blood work looks good so we might need to look at my symptoms as being psychosomatic. She is very dismissive and has a very poor bedside manner. If she is not willing to take patients seriously she should not be in this line of work.

She was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional at my new patient appointment which I had waited for 3 months to get in. She was unhappy to see me and made sure I knew she wanted no new patients. Never asked how are you or do you need any attention to a certain health concern. It was a one sided unfriendly event. She is defrauding insurance companies by even making appointments for new patients she has no intention of providing health care to. She needs some mood medication and she needs a new career as she has nothing in her that even remotely lives up to a health care oath. Don't waste your time making an appointment with this unkind person who wants nothing to do with you or your health care needs.
