I have seen Dr. Patterson many times at this location and every time is horrible. Yesterday was the worst! I went in with barely any voice, my chest was tight, I had bad post nasal drip, no color to my face, coughing excessively, and wheezing as I have asthma. She came in the room and asked what was going on, I told her everything and she asked if I had used my inhaler. I told her not yet as it makes my heart race and gives me anxiety. Her response absolutely floored me. She said well then your other option is to die, but you can choose whatever you want to do. She looked in my ears and said they were all clear, looked at my throat and said it looked good and listened to my chest over a tank top, t-shirt, and sweater. She said you sound great I don't see anything wrong besides your voice being gone. She prescribed me a Z-pack and walked out. I was not at all satisfied with the visit so I went straight to another doctor and low and behind I have Pneumonia! This doctor could hear the fluid in my lungs said my throat was raw and she had to dig black balls of ear wax out of my ear because she could not see inside them. She herself was baffled at my previous experience. She told me not to take the z-pack and she prescribed me the correct medication. I will never return to this practice unless I see Dr. Prince. I will make sure this gets out, she is mistreating patients if she's even treating them at all!
