Went there for damaged limb. She didn't listen when she was told that patient was taking ibuprofen and it was not working. Patient told her that he/she worked at a high demanding job that requires walking, lifting heavy objects and driving a machine. Yet, she said she refused to give doctors note and they could find a light duty job for her/him. Doing what? Only light duty job there is Cleaning, how can a person do that on crutches? Not to mention, said person is in pain and they did nothing to help with said pain. It was like she didn't believe him/her abput the pain. This is not the only bad experience we've had with her. The rest of the staff is more than helpful when used in the past.
