Without a doubt, one of the best. I've been a patient of several doctors, he's the one whose care I've endeared to the most. Helpful, professional, a good man with a great heart. I miss seeing him very much, hoping the absolute best, and placing lots of trust in the Dr. who's taken over the practice. Wishing him fair winds and following seas and a heart full of gratitude!

Staff are not always very helpful. The receptionist is very short tempered and rude. I find the doctor little creepy and too touchy feely.

Dr. B is very knowledgeable, thorough, he listens very carefully and asks good questions. He does NOT overtreat or overprescribe. Although he's young, he's also "old school" in the sense that he clearly joined the medical profession to help people and not to just make money -- unheard of across the DC Metro area! The staff can appear rude at first but the reality is they are a very busy office, as Dr. B is very popular and has a lot of patients. They don't take a lot of time to do anything other than the business at hand. They are also very knowledgeable and have answered all my questions. You won't get a more complete package than this group.

I'm new to the area and needed to find a new PCP. I saw Dr. Bachowski and was very pleased with his bed-side manner and his staff. They got me in quickly and I waited about 5 minutes for the doc. I didn't need much, just new Rx for meds I've been taking for a while, and labwork. I have to say I've never had a doc sit and talk with me like he did. We all make small talk at first, then most docs are in a hurry to finish, but he actually asked me questions about the things I was saying about my life (non-medical), he gave me the Rx I needed, and didn't give me a hard time about my weight (of course I told him right off the bat that I was trying to lose weight). His office isn't the fanciest I've been in, but I appreciated not feeling like I was just a number. I will be going back as needed. From a nurse's point of view, he's a good one.

Dr. B is a good doctor. It's obvious that he had the knowledge. It is, however, VERY frustrating that he would rather throw pills at you instead of actually treating you. I've been in his office many times lately and all he does is write a script for antibiotics and is gone. He has yet to address why I've been so sick for so long. His staff can be helpful but is normally pretty rude. Punctuality is nonexistent in his office. Expect to wait at LEAST half an hour.

Very unprofessional stuff. Doctor is OK but having to deal with staff doesn't worth it.they are rude and unhelpful. Like another person on here, I witnessed staff making fun/gossiping about patients loudly near waiting room in the Doctor's presence.

Dr. B is a nice man, but he prescribed me pills that interacted with my antidepressants and when I asked, told me they wouldn't. He recommended the Atkins Diet to me and seemed surprised when I asked about how it affected serotonin levels, but didn't have any answers. He seems more inclined to prescribe medicine for symptoms than to seek causes of recurring health issues. As others have stated, his staff is terribly rude and unprofessional, loudly discussing other patients. There is often a wait of an hour or more in the waiting room.

Great doc. Very knowledgeable. I've been going to Dr. B for 15 years or more. He is great and his staff is awesome. No issues or problems at all.

The staff is rude and unprofessional. At first I figured I will just keep to myself and talk to the stuff only when I have to. However, communicating with them about anything from setting an appointment to getting a test result was too unpleasant. Also, While sitting at the office you can hear the stuff gossiping and making fun of patients. While Doctor Bachowski was not too bad, I didn't feel that seeing him was worth dealing with his stuff. I also seen the stuff behaving disrespectfully to patients in his presence and didn't like that he was allowing it to go on.
