Asked to change from Metformin (Type-2 Diabetes) to another brand in an email request. Instead, she prescribed another brand of high cholesterol pill!! All phone appointments are consistently 5-15+ min. late! From the past few years, she was attentive and listened. This was my experience, your mileage may vary.

Dr Shi doesn't care about her patients because patients are young. She thought young patients won't get sick and no need to do blood work every year.

Awful doctor. Keeps prescribing Opioid base medication for my son for the past few years. This medication is not for long term use. My son is an addict now. She has not only ruining his life, she has ruined my entire family life.
