I just read this last review and i can’t believe it!!! I have just seen Dr Feyles and i don’t think i have ever been treated so well by any other physician in my life! He was helpful, very humble and super knowledgeable. I am confident now and i just feel that with him i will be successful. I heard about Dr Feyles from a friend who got pregnant snd had a baby. She was really enthusiast about him too.

I was referred to this doctor after a year of trying to get pregnant with no luck. His staff were absolutely wonderful, very attentive and helpful, which was great because we had to wait hours for our appointment every time we went to see him. He himself was extremely flippant, and he has an absolutely terrible bedside manner. He ordered a tube flush and some imaging to see the state of my ovaries and my egg count, which I had done in London, and then an appointment to see him a month later. Add the appointment after the flush he told me that the imaging had shown that I had almost no eggs and that I would never get pregnant. He also told me to look into adoption because it would never happen naturally for my husband and I. Now I had disliked this man right from the get-go, so I decided to go to this appointment knowing that I was, in fact, already pregnant. So I listen to everything that he had to say, all whilst condescendingly throwing his hands in the air, and then at the end when he had gotten up to leave, had his hand on the door handle, he asked me if I had any questions and I responded by telling him I was pregnant and wouldn’t be needing him anymore. He actually looked putout, said congratulations and left. He’s terrible, doesn’t know much and is routinely rude. If you’re depressed and trying to have a baby he’s literally the last person anyone should see. There are others that are better. Cut yourself some slack, recognize that you’re vulnerable and see someone else.

This Dr is directing IVF Canada in Toronto. He has created a big difference in there. I was by chance seen by him and I realized immediately that it was my lucky day. I got pregnant and I am very thankful.

Superb physician. A lot of experience and devotion. So happy to have him. Not only he is a fantastic specialist in fertility but he is also a caring physician that take care of your health as well.

Thanks to Dr Feyles we have our son. After numerous IUI cycles failed always with student doctors involved, usually not being patient or careful, one day Dr Feyles himself did the insemination, they said because the student was not available that day. Boom, we got pregnant and 12+ years later we cherish our son and sincerely appreciate our good luck and good fortune that Dr Feyles was on duty that day.

Dr. Feyles is a a very honest and experienced physician. I have severe endometriosis and after our first ivf attempt got pregnant with my baby girl whose 2 years old now. We are now working on our second child. It been a tougher journey this time around but would still recommend him as he has the experience to make it happen again I am sure

I have been attending Procrea Newmarket for over 6 months now. I have to say that I absolutely LOVE Dr. Feyles! He is so helpful, compassionate and understanding! When you have questions of any kind he takes the time to explain and teach you! He is compassionate towards how much you invest in your fertility journey emotionally & financially! I couldnt ask for a better doctor to deal with. As for the other medical staff they are very hit & miss.
Both lab technicians there are so friendly and gentle when doing your blood, always ask about your day, make jokes & are so gentle you almost don't even realize your being poked.
However the nurse there is one day super nice and friendly making jokes then the next day cold and talks down to you if you dare ask any questions. The receptionist is very unprofessional, never greets you when you come into the office, seems very disorganized, possesses very little knowledge of the medical and professional process of fertility and frankly has very poor hygiene for being the front face of the clinic.
The clinic is in a small house and has a very friendly family like feel to it! I would definitely recommend the clinic to others despite the slightly negative staff experience.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! After 3 failed IUI’s and 1 failed IVF he told me that I had 0 chance of having my own children and to seek donor eggs. I was totally disheartened after hearing this. A year later I decided to seek a new doctor. Did a round of IVF at the new clinic. I now have 2 beautiful twin girls thanks to my new doctor! 🖕🏻😑 thanks to dr feyles and his inaccurate diagnosis, horrible staff, lab embryologist who was sick during my cycle with no one else there I suffered from depression! Thanks for the BS! Highly HIGHLY SUGGEST U SEEK A DIFFERENT DOCTOR AND CLINIC!!
