I really liked my visits with Gracekutty, sad that she is no longer at the practice I was at though! She was knowledgeable and helpful and seemed to genuinely care. Would like to make her my primary if she didnt leave! She was great.

Dr. Grace, from my experience is a disgrace! I had an appointment with her with a semi urgent matter. I was checked in promptly, took back to the exam room where my vitals were taken and to wait for the doctor. Dr. Grace had me waiting for 1 hour and 18 mins in the exam room! Not one person came in to say they were behind, something came up or they didn't forget about me! She did not acknowledge or even apologize for the wait. I did not say anything because I was in a lot of pain/discomfort and just wanted to get seen and antiviral meds to the pharmacy. I have also been a patient at the other location for years with zero issues or complaints what so ever, I figured they were busy!
A couple days later my condition got significantly worse and unbearable. I called the office first thing in the morning and was told Dr. Grace would get back to me. Hours passed and I hadn't received a call back at all. I ended up leaving multiple messages for her expressing this was an urgent matter...SHE NEVER CALLED BACK!! I ended up in the hospital due to my condition, where Christiana Hospital had me in a room and addressed my condition within 10 mins of walking thru the their doors, which only verified how bad I actually was. To this day, SHE STILL HAS NOT ANSWERED ANY OF MY MESSAGES THAT WERE LEFT FOR HER!!
She is an absolute disgrace from my experience, She has zero compassion for her patients and shows extreme lack of professionalism. How dare she leave a patient in an exam room for over 1 hr and 15 mins without even an apology. Then to completely disregard multiple urgent messages that were left for her, resulting me to suffer for hours waiting on her before being rush to the hospital (the lady who was answering was so compassionate & apologetic and said she kept leave Dr. Grace messages to call me back ASAP)! I mentioned this to my normal primary care doctor later that week who compassionately apologized on her behalf.....why are other staff members apologizing for Dr. Grace?? It just further proves how cowardly this doctor truly is and nobody should feel comfortable under her care from my 2 experiences with her! I would stay far away from her because you will only put your own health care in horrible hands from what I can tell. She has failed miserably in the treatment, professionalism and just in human decency.
