Dr. Nazerali is a true artist! He skillfully reconstructed my breasts. I am overwhelmed with gratitude at the body he created for me. Dr. Nazerali is kind, a great listener, and extremely knowledgeable regarding breast reconstruction methods and options. I chose a bilateral DIEP flap procedure. I underwent surgery in January, and everything has healed beautifully. I am looking forward to phase 2 in August. I highly recommend Dr. Nazerali to anyone seeking breast reconstruction. He gave me back my body and I am forever grateful.

The BEST of the BEST. Dr. Nazerali is everything you want in a surgeon. Kind, compassionate, honest, smart, talented, considerate, and he spends all the time you need discussing options. Dr. Nazerali performed my extensive reconstruction surgery after a double mastectomy as a part of my cancer treatment. The results far exceeded my expectations. Not only were the results more that I could have asked for, but he also knowledgeable, courteous, and honest with me about what to know and expect from the surgery I had.

Dr. Nazerali took his time explaining all possible outcomes of the surgery he performed, had many consultations with me prior to my surgery to make sure I felt prepared, and was always kind and compassionate with me. He was very confident in his abilities to perform the type of surgery we decided was best for me, which put me at ease that I was in very good hands. His team is equally as great and in between visits with him I felt well taken care of by them. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a plastic surgery.

Dr Nazerali is truly a brilliant and amazing surgeon. My mom had a very severe infected abdomen area due to her complicated medical condition which caused her abdominal wall damaged. On the first day we met with Dr. Nazerali, after he saw my mom’s skin on the low right abdominal area, he knew exactly what was going on. He then explained this complex surgery to us very patiently and transparently in easy understand terms and laid out all different options that my mom could consider. When I saw the work that Dr. Nazerali had done, I was absolutely speechless. Looking at the stitches and where the mesh was placed, I couldn’t help think Dr. Nazerali is not only an incredible doctor, he is an artist and his skills are beyond imagination. During the follow up procedure appointment with Dr. Nazerali and his team, they were so caring, kind and attentive. Dr. Nazerali even gave my mom his personal contact information in case we have any questions. I highly recommend Dr. Nazerali.

Dr Nazerali performed my rbreast reconstruction after I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Dr Nazerali and his team were very attentive and caring. Dr Nazerali gave his personal email address for me to contact him if I needed him. I had sent him an email on Saturday evening and same night he responded and gave me new pain medication. I was very impressed by his generosity, honest responses and his kindness. I highly recommend Dr Nazerali.

Dr Nazerali was amazing! Sent up to him by my local docs what a good call! I had a complicated post 200 lbs weight loss skin reduction and he explained what I could and could not expect... And in the end I was thrilled beyond words the scar is virtually invisible and the whole process was not the scary experience i thought. I didn't even take one norco! Most important. I'm healthier than ever thanks to his and his amazing staffs efforts!!!! You are in good hands with him!

I had surgery scheduled in a month. I presented in the ER and needed faster surgery. Dr Nazerali took my (complicated) case. Having had several reconstructive surgeries in the past he suggested a new type of mesh. This has worked well for me. I highly recommend him.

**Refused care because I was uncomfortable with having student present during initial consultation**
After years of working up the courage to finally see a doctor for a cosmetic procedure that has been plaguing me, I was extremely disappointed at the way I was treated by Dr. Rahim Shiraz Nazerali. I left his office feeling belittled and absolutely shamed at my condition.
He was over an hour late for a morning appointment and then when he finally did come into the room, before even speaking to me about what brought me there or my concerns, he insisted on having resident and student involvement in my treatment. Initially I was asked as if it was an option, but when I conveyed that I was not comfortable with sharing the private and intimate details of my condition with any one other than my doctor and preferred to just speak with him during this initial visit to discuss my condition, he immediately dismissed me and refused to work with me. Instead he just handing me a piece of paper with ASPS doctors in the area and told me he wasn't willing to work with me and I should find someone else.
He answered no questions and dismissed me. I honestly walked out of his office feeling belittled and shamed.
It's unfortunate that someone in his position as a doctor supposedly trying to help people can actually make someone feel judged and shamed. He should not be in the medical field with such a mean spirited attitude. I would give negative stars if I could and warn anyone considering going to him that unless you plan to have a student present, don't expect privacy or compassion.
