Love the doctor but who’s ever in charge of answering the phone is extremely rude!

The staff are super rude they don’t care about the patients especially if you are pregnant. They make you wait for 1 just to say you need to take vitamins. Unfortunately, they are very unprofessional , just care about the money and they schedule people at the same time . Don’t go there people

Dr. Vitale is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor I just wish she would hire better staff. The office staff are incompetent and very rude. They give you an attitude and barely answer any questions.

I will not be going back to to this office. The wait times to be seen are outrageous and they schedule people on top of each other. Expect to be waiting there for at least an hour after what your appointment was actually made for. The receptionists are extremely rude and do not want to help you in anyway, they claimed to have sent me a voicemail about a problem I was having but in reality no one ever called me and I confirmed my phone number with them twice. Upon expressing my feelings about the matter the receptionist nastily said "what do you want me to do about it." I had an IUD put in by dr.vitale and when I called back a couple days later letting her know that I was uncomfortable and just wanted the thing removed her reply was "you should give it some time, that IUD costs hundreds of dollars I don't understand why you would want it taken out so soon." I felt like dr.vitale was denying me to be seen by her and said that if I needed to get it taken out I had to make an appointment. (I also did not think it was appropriate of her to stick her nose in my financial business.) Her schedule was booked of course and then the day I had the appointment they cancelled it on me as I was on my way to the office because one of her patients went into labor. I was not offered a next day appointment because her schedule was booked which was completely wrong. I told the girls up front that I needed the IUD taken out ASAP because I was VERY uncomfortable and painful. They could not give me anything until almost a week later. My needs were completely neglected and I felt she just did not want to take the iud out. I ended up going to my old doctor and she took it out no problem literally the next day. Dr.Vitale did not follow up with me and it's been two months.

Dr Diana Vitale is a gem. She's knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and easy to talk to. You might have to wait a little but it's because she's good and has patients. Ha She is thorough and gives you all the time to ask questions, etc. The office is clean and inviting. The staff works hard. Lots of calls and never know who will call in labor next. I've seen other doctors that were cold and nasty. It's better to wait a little and see a decent doctor like Dr Vitale.

I had an appointment for surgical consultation and was 5 minutes early . I sat while people that came in after me were taken first . I understood that my appointment was quick since I didn't need to be examined and that was most likely why they were taken before me.The medical assistant finally called me and put me in a room after already waiting in the waiting room for 30 minutes . I sat in the exam room for another 25 an then I got up and left. I had to go to work and thought I was asking a few questions and signing consents. I told the receptionist I was leaving and their explanation was that she was running late. Well now I was late for work as well. The doctor called me after I had already was upset and left the office . I understand waiting but this was making me feel as though I didn't matter. I told the front desk that I'm not here for a happy reason and I'm already upset and this just made it worse. She's a very good doctor but I honestly think they overbook and its at the expense of the patients. The staff needs to be more on top of the patient flow as well . I was only going to need less than 5 minutes of the doctors time to sign papers for a procedure and feel as though my problems or concerns didn't matter. Ironic that last time I was there and was 5 minutes late they called to see where I was.

I Absolutely loved Dr. Vitale and her staff. She made me feel very comfortable and was very welcoming, understanding and gentle. Her staff was very friendly. I loved the office. I didnt have to wait long but if i ever do I understand I'm not the only patient and she is totally worth it. For anyone who complains about being called 30 minutes later you better stay home and not go to any Dr. because you have to have patience. time flies.

First time in office and was very nervous. Staff was very busy but friendly. I noticed there was only two young ladies working and doing everything alone while 3 phones were ringing and the other nurse called every patient in. Wait time was not as bad as i heard on reviews. Everyone expects to come into an office and get seen right away. Not in this world. The doctor was lovely and very helpful with my questions and concerns. The office is beautiful,clean and smells great. I would definitely come back!!

Dr vitale was very polite and listened to all my concerns. I made a follow up appointment and will see if I will continue at this practice. The downside was the wait time...had a 330pm appointment but wasnt taken in until 4pm...the 2 girls at the front desk were very unfriendly and almost rude...they were laughing and joking about something a patient on the phone had called about and also busy snacking on pretzels...they looked annoyed when i had to check in and interrupt them

Dr. Vitale delivered my first baby ! Dealivery was absolutely perfect! I had absolutely wonderful experience. She is the best doctor ! Very knowledgeable , smart , thorough and wonderful person ! I can say that I found my OBGYN for life ! Absolutely love her !
