Janell is a waste of your time and energy. She doesn't listen to your concerns, she undervalues symptoms for what they are, and she doesn't bother to check for drug interactions when she does prescribe something. If it isn't easy, like strep throat, she can't treat you. Save yourself the trouble and go to someone else.

She didn't listen to any of my concerns, treated me like a lost child at a grocery store, and told me to take some OTC painkillers and call her in two weeks. Why did I even go in to see her when she did nothing to help me?
