We have been seeing Dr. Kramer for 22 years. She is always professional, caring and in our case always proactive. The nurses are wonderful and always make you feel at ease and welcomed. Appreciate the fact that Dr. Kramer does not jump to give medications. We have been through our share of ear infections, asthma, broken bones, etc. and have always been cared for and comforted by all at this practice. She spends as much time as you need to answer all your questions. Excellent bedside manner.

Nice person but not aggressive with care. If you want someone who is more proactive she is not your doctor. Personally by the I time a drag a kid to the doctor I want action not the wait and see approach. The office is busy and cluttered. The waiting room is very small and seems like a germ fest area. Staff is nice depending on who you get. Some seem irritated by the mundaneness of their job. Can be hard to get an appointment if they don't deem it necessary after talking to a nurse on the phone. This can be frustrating if you really want your kid to be seen. Can't say I'd recommend the practice. I've had better service and care elsewhere.

Good experiences to begin. Nice demeanor and bedside manner. Not so good towards the end. The wait and see attitude cost my kid two more excruciating weeks of an ear infection that could have been cleared up in a couple of days with antibiotics. Saw another doctor and got relief in three days. Never going back to her.

dr. kramer has her strengths and weaknesses: not a believer/supporter of over-the-counter meds. Often time her approach is "wait-it out" to see if it gets worse. However she must have some good clinical experience and a gut feeling since most of the time (as frustrating as it sounds at the moment) things do go away without any medical intervention. Thew biggest plus of this practice is that they're very efficient: short wait; generally good service and attention.
