Dr. Ducharme finally helped me get my rash cleared.

Extremely disappointed in Erin Ducharme and her clinic. She is more interested in having you speak with her aestheticians and selling you her skincare products than listening to your concerns. It was a complete waste of time since her treatment option was pointless and pathetically laughable. She spent a mere 2 minutes agreeing with my self diagnosis and then wanted me to speak to the aesthetician who knew little about my questions and concerns and was just there to sell a product that would have no benefit to my problem.
There is a reason that highly recommended dermatologists in the Des Moines area have a 5 month long wait list but Erin Ducharme can see you within a couple weeks. Poor service.

She did absolutely nothing to help me. Also tried to connect a 2019 medical diagnosis to the covid vaccine. Never going there again.

In our initial appointment the nurse requested my child take off their mask for examination. I politely asked if they would mind masking themselves for my child’s protection. The nurse asked, “Why? Are one of you contagious?” She went on to inform me that neither she nor the doctor would wear a mask, and that no one in the office had worn one for a long time.

I had heard everything I needed to with her initial question in response to my request, that she continued on made me know this business was neither in the slightest bit interested in caring about my family’s health nor in the at all professional.

Do not go here if Covid protocols are important to you. They are a "medical office" but they don't require or even encourage patients to wear masks. The front desk staff and nurses wear a mask when they talk to you but immediately pull it down under their chin when you walk away. I understand they may be vaccinated but the science on transmission is still being studied. It was shocking to think about their lack of care for all the immunocompromised cancer patients they may treat.

Very welcoming and professional staff that accommodated my needs. Was called back to the room very very fast. Nurse made sure we covered what I wanted to see Dr. Ducharme about. Not too long after the Nurse left Dr. Ducharme was right in. She gave me great advice on how to take care of my skin more. I recommend Dr. Ducharme. Professional on all levels.
