Had all of my routine doctor appointments with Sirls. since I moved here in 2017. I scheduled an appointment (maybe two weeks out?) with staff over the phone but when I showed up? The place was dark with a notice it had been closed for failure to pay rent.

I’ve heard a rumor her practice’s record might be at a place in Denton near the Michael’s but that is it.

I’ve had to find a new PCM and completely start over basically all of my efforts in finding a diagnosis for a connective tissue disorder.

I have never felt so disheartened or abandoned.

My family and I have had horrible experiences in Denton regarding medical providers for my child, and Your Healthcare Place was no exception.

Veronica Sirls and her staff failed to report 7 of my daughter's vaccines to the Health Department (after reassuring me every visit that her staff would do this). Additionally, the clinic closed out of nowhere due to non-payment of rent with no notification to their patients.

This is all after Veronica reassured my family that she's been practicing at Your Healthcare Place for 8 years and wasn't going anywhere. That lasted less than one year, and she has disappeared. We have been trying to track her down and get proof of my daughter's vaccines for the past two months.

We are considering legal action.

Best find in Denton! Veronica Sirls is a caring, knowledgeable and well liked health care provider. She always puts her patients first and does whatever she can to improve her patients' care. I trust her more than any PCP I've had in my lifetime and I've seen many in my 62 years!
