Dr. Rolling seems like a really nice person but every time I go here I have a bad experience. The staff and nurses are really rude and unfriendly, and it always seems like they are running behind and rushing my appointment. I think because they are rushing all the time I don't get to spend enough time with Dr. Rolling and (it's not her fault) it just comes across as though she is not concerned with me. I am going somewhere else from now on.

Dr Rolling Is The Best Doctor Ever and I Totally Recommend Her. She Makes You Feel Very Safe and Also Very Happy.

I am a high risk patient due to previous miscarriages. When I became pregnant again I asked to have an ultrasound on my first visit (I would have been 10 weeks along) and Dr. Rolling refused. She never gave me a reason why. Luckily my mother is an OB/GYN hospital nurse. She spoke to other docs about my situation and they all agreed that since I was high risk I should have an ultrasound right away to rule out another missed miscarriage or an ectopic pregnancy. I hate to even say this, but given that there was no reason to NOT have an ultrasound I feel like she did it to collect more money from insurance by making me have two visits instead of one. Not just sour grapes. Consider another doc is my recommendation - especially if you feel the need to be heard about your treatment.

Dr. Rolling is amazing. She is the best I have seen. Very personable, but very professional. Makes you feel very comfortable and put's you at ease. She delivered my second child. I had the best experience with her.

The Staff in her office is uncompassionate and rude. I had several problems with my ultrasound. I called the office with questions and was told by the Nurse Tina Phyfer that they considered my problem an non emergency and that they do not return calls until Fridays. I had an appointment to discuss my ultrasound and blood test an the same nurse asked me what kind of results was I hoping for. I have been upset and emotional about my ultrasound. How MEAN. When I meet Dr. Rolling she had no compassion regarding how I felt. She asked me if I wanted another OBGYN and asked me to wait in front. The nurse came out handed me a discharge letter which stated false information of why I was now being discharged as a patient. I asked her about it and she said nothing. The Nurse and Dr.Rolling than refused to explain my results to me. I waited for 1 week for the outcome of my test to determine if I was still pregnant. I was devastated. They are extremely unprofessional.

While Dr. Rolling is extremely helpful and friendly her front desk staff is more than lacking. They are rude, discourteous, and unwilling to return phone calls until closing time. Due to potential complications there was some cause for concern and several appointment times had to be readjusted. Several times myself and my wife notified the staff to call the primary numbers listed (being cellphones) so we could actually speak with the person. Each time we arrive home (past closing time) to find messages left on the answering machine 15-20 minutes prior to closing time from the front desk personel. Of course the phone tag games began again the following day. There was a further incident where my wife had questions in regards to follow on appointments prior to be sent to a specialist, and we recieved no answer. Finally when we were able to get through to speak with a person, that person said my wife was rude and inconsiderate for calling multiple times. All we wanted was a call back.
